Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrickBD Community ("TrickBD", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of TrickBD after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via a notice on the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account or use TrickBD. By using the Platform you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Account Responsibilities

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Do not share your password or allow others to use your account.
• Do not create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions.
• You may not impersonate any person, entity, or TrickBD staff.
• Username squatting or reserving accounts with no intent to use is prohibited.

Community Rules & Prohibited Conduct

TrickBD is a platform for respectful knowledge sharing. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Posting spam, malware links, phishing content, or unsolicited promotions.
• Uploading or distributing content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or personal attacks against any user.
• Sharing explicit, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt TrickBD's infrastructure or other users.
• Posting false, misleading, or deliberately deceptive information.
• Creating threads or comments designed to farm likes, views, or clicks artificially.
• Sharing another person's private information without their consent ("doxxing").

Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination at our sole discretion.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create on TrickBD. By posting, you grant TrickBD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and index your content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content. TrickBD does not endorse any user-submitted content and makes no warranties regarding it.

Moderation

TrickBD employs a team of moderators who may remove, edit, or restrict content that violates these Terms or community standards. Moderation decisions may be appealed by contacting us through the Contact page. We reserve the right to make final decisions on content and account status.

Engagement Features

Liking content on TrickBD is a permanent, one-way action by design. Once a like is registered it cannot be removed. This policy preserves the integrity of community appreciation and discourages manipulation of engagement metrics.

Intellectual Property

All TrickBD platform code, branding, design, and original content are the intellectual property of TrickBD Community and are protected under applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from TrickBD's proprietary assets without written permission.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

TrickBD is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information posted by users is accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrickBD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Account Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in harmful behavior, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
