Overview

TrickBD Community respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright infringement.

If you believe that content hosted on TrickBD infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice using the process outlined below. We take all DMCA complaints seriously and act on valid notices promptly.

Filing a Takedown Notice

To submit a DMCA takedown request, your notice must include all of the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including its URL or location on TrickBD so we can locate it.
  • Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the removed material and its former location on TrickBD.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complaining party and may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the copyright owner files a court action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

TrickBD Community maintains a strict policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A user account will be disabled if they receive three or more substantiated copyright infringement warnings within a six-month period.
