TrickBD respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy describes the notification process through which copyright owners can report alleged copyright infringement of their content on our community forum, trickbuzz.vercel.app.

1. Reporting Alleged Infringement

To report a copyright infringement, please send a written notification to our team containing the following information:

  1. Identity of the Copyright Owner: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the Infringed Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed.
  3. Identification of the Infringing Content: The URLs of the specific threads, posts, or file attachments on TrickBD that allegedly contain the infringing work.
  4. Your Contact Information: Your name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information provided in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Our Action Upon Receiving a Notice

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, TrickBD will:

  • Expeditedly remove or disable access to the infringing content.
  • Notify the user who uploaded the infringing content about the takedown.
  • In appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

3. External File Links (Important Note)

TrickBD does not host external files directly; we provide links (via the "Attachments" system) to third-party file-sharing services. If your copyrighted content is hosted on an external service (e.g., MediaFire, MEGA, Google Drive), you must contact that hosting provider directly for the physical removal of the file. Removing the link on TrickBD only prevents our users from finding it through our forum.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake, you may send a counter-notification to us. A counter-notification must be a written communication that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the content that has been removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or mis-identification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found).
